Registration & Confirmation Process
Upon submission of the registration form, participant information will be forwarded directly to Saigontourist for processing.
A representative from Saigontourist will contact registered participants regarding:
- Tour availability and confirmation
- Detailed itinerary
- Payment arrangements
- Transportation and logistical information
Participants are encouraged to register at least one week prior to the selected tour date to facilitate tour arrangements and confirmation.
Minimum Participation Requirement
- Tour operation is subject to a minimum number of participants.
- Customized departures require a minimum of 10 participants.
- For registrations below the required minimum, participants may be combined with other international travelers, subject to availability.
- Final tour confirmation will be provided directly by Saigontourist.
Terms and Conditions
Local tours are independently organized and operated by Saigontourist.
CHRO 2026 serves solely as an information and registration platform and is not involved in the operation, management, payment processing, transportation arrangements, or delivery of tour services.
Any matters relating to tour schedules, cancellations, refunds, insurance, transportation, personal belongings, or other travel-related issues shall be handled directly between participants and Saigontourist.
By registering for a tour, participants acknowledge and accept that CHRO 2026 bears no responsibility or liability for services provided by the tour operator.
