• Uniqueness: Each Electronic Ticket Code is valid for one (01) participant only. The Organizer is not responsible if the Ticket Code is copied or purchased from unofficial sources.

• Purpose of Use: Event packages are registered exclusively for attending professional workshops. Using the CHRO 2026 brand for advertising or lucky draw purposes without written consent from the Organizer is strictly prohibited.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

• Website Content: All materials, images, articles, and technology on the website chro2026.com are the exclusive property of the Organizer and the Operator.

• Conference Materials: Scientific documents and speaker presentations provided to delegates are for personal reference only and may not be copied or distributed commercially.

3. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

• Technical Issues: The Organizer makes every effort to ensure system stability but is not responsible for indirect damages due to transmission interruptions or computer viruses from the user’s side.

• Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify the Organizer for losses arising from violations of these terms or misuse of the system.
