Purpose of This Form

This form is intended to collect passport information from Keynote Speakers and Invited Speakers for administrative procedures required by Vietnamese regulations for public international conferences.

The CHRO2026 Organizing Committee commits to handling all personal data and passport documents with the highest level of confidentiality and security, in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.
