Shipping And Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Method: As CHRO 2026 is a scientific conference, no physical goods will be shipped via traditional postal services. All services are delivered digitally.

2. Delivery Timeline:

• Order Confirmation: Immediately after a successful transaction via PayPal, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.
• Official QR Code: The official event entry pass, which includes a unique QR Code, will be sent to your registered email 14 days before the conference start date (November 3, 2026).

3. Delivery Fees: There are no shipping or delivery fees for digital tickets.

4. Troubleshooting: If you do not receive your confirmation email or QR Code within the specified timeframe, please contact us at office@hurobiotech.com or contact@chro2026.com for immediate support.
