GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Eligibility: Registration is open to professionals, students, and organizations in the field of microbiology and related sciences.

Registration Process:

• Step 1: Select the appropriate registration tier on the “Registration” page.
• Step 2: Provide accurate personal and professional information.
• Step 3: Review the total amount (including VAT).
• Step 4: Complete payment via PayPal.
• A confirmation email will be sent immediately after successful payment.

Pricing and Payment:

• For transactions via PayPal, the exchange rate is processed by PayPal’s system.

Service Delivery

• The service provided is a “Conference Admission Pass.”
  A unique QR code will be sent to your registered email address 14 days prior to the event start date (November 3, 2026).

Limitation of Liability:

HURO Biotech shall not be held responsible for incorrect email addresses provided by users or for technical issues related to users’ email service providers.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted to the Event Coordination Team at contact@chro2026.com.

• Cancellation requests received on or before July 2, 2026 will incur a 15% cancellation fee.
• Cancellation requests received from July 3, 2026 to October 2, 2026 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellation requests received on or after October 3, 2026 will not be eligible for a refund.
