We offer a variety of registration packages tailored to your participation type. Please note that all registration fees cover food and beverages, as well as participation in all scientific and social events.

*Students are required to upload a copy of valid student ID (student card or official admission letter) including the expiry date to the registration system
**Early Career Scientists are required to upload a proof of status to qualify for the discounted registration fee. This category applies to senior PhD students expected to complete their dissertation within a year of the congress, or individuals holding a PhD or a clinical qualification for less than 3 years at the time of the event. The proof of status must be issued in English on your institution’s letterhead and signed by a faculty member or Department Head. The document must display the same full name as your registration form and clearly include an expiry date or expected graduation date.
***LMIC participants are required to upload a proof of status to qualify for this rate. This fee is exclusively available to participants who are citizens of and currently employed by or studying at an organization located in a low or lower-middle-income country, as defined by the World Bank List. The proof of status must be issued in English on your institution’s or organization’s letterhead by a faculty member or Department Head. The document must include your full name (matching your registration form), your nationality, and the date of issue.
****Day Pass: Please note that each Day Pass is valid for one day only. You may select and purchase multiple Day Passes (e.g., for two or three different days) within the registration system.

- All registration fees are inclusive of 8% VAT.
- Online payments via One Pay will be processed based on One Pay’s real-time exchange rate.

General Attendees
Registration for these categories is now officially open. Click below to register and secure your pass.
Terms & Conditions
Full Registration entitles delegates to the following:
- Access to all sessions
- Refreshments during breaks
- Lunch all days
- Dinner Monday 3rd and 5th (noting that the Riverboat cruise on the 4th is optional at registration)
- Registration package
Day Pass entitlements:
- Access to all sessions on the selected day
- Refreshments during breaks on the selected day
- Lunch on the selected day only (Dinner is not included)

Early Bird Registration requires payment in full before 3rd July 2026.
The registration confirmation (QR code check-in) will be sent via email.

Registration confirmation
Your completed registration will be acknowledged by e-mail confirmation. Note that registration requires payment in full.
Payment requires use of credit card (Mastercard or Visa). If you are unable to pay by credit card please contact our Logistics Team at contact@chro2026.com
- Cancellations received on or before 2nd July 2026 will incur a 15% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations occurring between 3rd July 2026 and 2nd October 2026 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations on or after October 3rd 2026 will receive no refund.
The program is correct at time of publishing. If need arises the organisers reserve the right to delete, modify or alter any aspect of the conference timetabling and delivery at their sole discretion and without notice. The conference organisers accept no liability for any loss or inconvenience caused to any party consequent to such changes.
The Conference and its organizers will comply with current European rules adopted 27/04/2016 governing the protection to citizens over their personal data (General Data Protection Regulation EU Regulation 2016/679).
HURO Biotech, the logistics organisers will not sell your personal information to third parties. If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please email us and we will promptly correct the information. You may also withdraw your consent for use of your information by advice to us in writing.
Why do we wish you to provide your information?
We require your information to facilitate provision of information to you regarding the Conference and to facilitate your participation. Information collected in respect of your proposed participation in any aspect of the conference will be used for the purposes listed below. You can give or withhold your consent for each or all of these uses. Please indicate your preferences when completing your registration form but please note that we will be unable to forward any information relating to the Conference or to communicate with you regarding your registration if you select ‘no’ to point 1.
What we will do with your information?
- Planning and conduct of the conference including arrangements for your participation (e.g. accommodation booking, Visas etc);
- In the delegate list published in the conference delegate pack on via a mobile app;
- This may be provided to organisers of future CHRO conferences;
- May be used to provide you with information of other relevant events in your area of interest.
Important Notes:
- The parties who will have access to your information (subject to your preference selections on the above points) are the Logistics Team and Conference Organizers, delegates, sponsors and exhibitors.

During Presentations
Use of mobile phones during presentations will not be allowed and we ask that phones be turned to ‘silent mode’. If use of a phone is necessary, we ask that delegates exit from the meeting room/hall and take the call outside.
Out of respect for other delegates we ask that food and drink is consumed outside of the meeting room/hall.
General
The conference organizers reserve the right to remove from the venue/event any delegate/attendee deemed to be causing, or potentially causing a disturbance or inappropriate behaviour. Such removal does not constitute a right to refund or any fees paid.
