Presenting delegates are invited to submit their presentations under one of the following presentation categories:
- Oral Presentation
- Poster Presentation
- Oral and Poster Presentation

Abstract Submission Form
All abstracts will be reviewed internally. Notification of results will be sent to authors via email no later than August 14, 2026. Please ensure you have thoroughly reviewed the Guidelines before officially submitting your work.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
No, there is no initial fee for submitting an abstract. You are only required to complete the submission process first. Once your abstract has been officially reviewed and you receive an “Approved” notification, you will then proceed to select a registration package and fulfill the payment.
All official communications, including submission confirmations and result notifications, will be sent directly to your registered email address. Please ensure that emails from our official organizing committee address (contact@chro2026.com) are marked as “Safe” to avoid them landing in your spam folder.
Upon the successful submission of your abstract, you will be assigned a unique Submission ID. If your abstract is approved, you will receive an email containing a secure payment link. To complete your registration, please copy and paste your Submission ID into the designated field on the payment page. Once the transaction is successful, your slot as a presenting delegate will be confirmed.
Certainly. If your initial abstract is not accepted, you will be given one opportunity to resubmit a revised version. In the event that the resubmission is still declined, we would still be honored to have you join us as a General Attendee. You may register under the standard delegate category to participate in all conference sessions and networking events.
