Additionally, the website provides online registration solutions for Event Packages (including workshop attendance rights, professional documents, and accompanying services).
3. Operating Principles
Transparency: All information regarding Event Package costs, support policies, and technical instructions is publicly and accurately listed.
Safety: Participant personal information and payment transactions are secured according to international standards.
Registration Process
Participants have the flexibility to choose between an International Card (Visa/Master/JCB)
- Step 1: Select the appropriate registration tier on the “Registration” page.
- Step 2: Provide accurate personal and professional information.
- Step 3: Review the total amount (including VAT).
- Step 4: Complete payment via PayPal or Bank Transfer.
- A confirmation email will be sent immediately after successful payment.
Rights & Responsibilities
1. Rights of Participants
Access full information and receive official notifications from the Workshop.
Receive all benefits (documents, attendance badges, coffee breaks, dinners…) corresponding to the successfully paid Event Package.
The right to provide feedback on service quality and the registration system through official communication channels.
2. Responsibilities of Participants
- Information Security: Responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login accounts and Electronic Ticket Codes. Notify the Organizer immediately if unauthorized account use is detected.
- Accuracy: Commit that the provided personal information (Full name, Organization, Tax information) is accurate for badge printing and invoicing.
- Compliance: Do not use the service for illegal purposes, ticket speculation, or actions that disrupt the workshop’s registration system.
Provisions for application & Commitment
- Effectiveness: These regulations take effect as soon as they are posted on the website chro2026.com. Transactions performed on the system imply that the participant has read, understood, and accepted all the terms mentioned above.
- Amendments: The Operator and Organizer reserve the right to amend the content of the regulations to suit actual situations and will notify 5 days in advance on this website.
- Legal: Any disputes arising will be prioritized for resolution through negotiation and mediation. If an agreement cannot be reached, the case will be brought to the competent authority for handling according to Vietnamese law.
