Cancellations must be submitted in writing to our Logistics Team at contact@chro2026.com.
Cancellations before July 2^nd, 2026 will incur a 15% cancellation fee.
Cancellations between July 3^rd and October 2nd, 2026 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations on or after October 3^rd, 2026 will not be refunded.

Note: The Riverboat Cruise (Nov 4^th) is optional and subject to the same cancellation terms as above.

Payment is by Visa or Mastercard only. If this is not possible, contact the Logistics Team.
Registration is only confirmed once full payment is received.
Early Bird registrations require full payment before July 3^rd , 2026. (You can click here to view the available packages.)

The Riverboat Cruise on Nov 4^th is optional at registration and non-refundable after October 3rd.
Tours may be booked on-site via independent agents and are subject to the T&Cs of the provider.
Delegates are responsible for their own travel insurance.

Please check your Vietnam visa requirements here. Some countries require long lead times for visa processing.

The Logistics Team can issue letters of invitation upon request.
