General Rules of Submission
1. Submission Policy
No Limit: There is no limit to the number of abstracts a participant can submit. Participants are welcome to submit separate abstracts for both Oral and Poster presentations (e.g., one abstract for a talk and another for a poster).
Requirement: Each abstract must be submitted by the presenting author.
2. Presentation Preference
Options: Authors can indicate their preference for Oral, Poster, or Both (Oral & Poster).
Flexibility: If you select Both, the Scientific Committee will determine the most suitable format(s) for your submission based on the program schedule.
Final Decision: Please note that the Scientific Committee reserves the right to make the final decision on the presentation mode for all submitted abstracts.
3. Commitments
Registration: The presenting author must register and attend the congress. Abstracts will be withdrawn if the presenter is not registered by the deadline.
Consent: Submission implies that you have obtained consent from all co-authors and necessary institutional clearances.
Publication: Accepted abstracts will be published in the official Abstract Book of the Congress.
4. Quality Standard
